4-week childbirth education classes also cover in-depth breastfeeding and postpartum info and other topics customized to your interests.

Childbirth classes are for you if…

  • You want a more in-depth discussion of pregnancy, labor, birth, postpartum, and breastfeeding than a generic hospital class
  • Your partner is eager to learn what he can do to help you during labor, but would love some hands-on guidance and tips from someone with lots of experience
  • You need a “refresher” on childbirth
  • You’re a first time parent
  • You feel overwhelmed on where to start
  • You want non-judgmental, non-biased information on ALL your options

Add a “Phone Doula” ($100)

  • Call or text as much as you like during labor and birth! I can help assess the mother’s emotional state and give suggestions to try when you’re tired and out of ideas for the next thing to try.
